Zekester had his final agility class for this session. He’s taking a break to enjoy summer and allow Mom to travel and not miss classes. He plans to pick up more classes this fall. As a compromise between mom and her significant other, Daisy and Zeke will soon be trained to stay off all furniture except the futon (which is in the dog playroom). As recommended by a trainer, mom will make the couch, chair and bed an unpleasant experience by covering it with foil or carpet runners, etc. [...]

Zeke turned 10-months old yesterday. He is starting to mature from a Loch-Ness-like, snapping puppy into a mostly well-mannered, young dog. It appears that his latest chewing phase is winding down (thankfully, since we went through at least six Nylabones within a month).
